(1) As a construction admin personnel and secretary; (a) I prepare contract agreement as per quotation received. (2) Construction Store manager; (a) Plan and promote daily schedule of employee. (3) Inventory Administrator; (a) Monitor and maintain current inventory levels, ensuring quantities that appear in the system are accurate for planning of purchase. (b) Ensuring adequate inventory of product in accord with inventory cycle. (c) Coordinates and manages daily physical cycle counts and reconciles if actual counts reports. (d) Prepare monthly consignment sales report to be submitted to supplier. (e) Prepare daily inventory sheets in all location every end of month.
