I design and build end-to-end automation systems that connect AI models (OpenAI, Claude, LLaMA) with the tools businesses already use — CRMs, help desks, spreadsheets, messengers, and analytics dashboards. My focus is turning manual, repetitive processes into reliable, self-running workflows: ticket routing that classifies and escalates itself, sales chatbots that qualify leads before a human ever sees them, and reporting agents that summarize what happened while you were asleep.
I don't just connect nodes — I design the logic behind them: how data should flow, where AI should make decisions vs. where a human should stay in the loop, and how to keep a system stable when APIs change or edge cases hit. Every workflow I ship is built to be maintainable, not just functional.
