About

AI Automation Engineer helping businesses replace manual workflows with reliable, self-running systems — customer service, sales & marketing.

I'm an AI Automation Engineer based in Kharkiv, Ukraine, specializing in customer service, sales, and marketing workflow automation. I design end-to-end systems — built primarily in n8n and integrated with CRM, LLM, and messaging tools — that replace manual, repetitive processes with reliable, self-running logic.

My background is in the GoIT AI Automation program, where I trained in no-code/low-code automation, AI agent design, LLM integration, and CRM systems. But the core of what I do isn't tool assembly — it's system design: deciding where automation should make decisions, where a human needs to stay in the loop, and how a workflow holds up when APIs fail or edge cases show up.

Selected work includes:
— SLA monitoring and AI-based ticket classification (Zendesk + n8n + PostgreSQL + Grafana)
— Call transcription and sentiment analysis pipelines (n8n + AssemblyAI + LLM)
— Lead qualification and marketing automation, Hot/Warm/Cold scoring (Wix + Zoho CRM + Klaviyo)
— BANT-based sales chatbots with automated weekly reporting (Zoho + PostgreSQL + LLM + Telegram)

I value clear communication and long-term maintainability over quick fixes. Every system I build is documented and designed so the client's team can actually understand and adjust it later — not just me. If something isn't worth automating, I'll say so.

Outside of work: coffee, cats, and a general appreciation for clean, well-structured things — whether that's a workflow or a good plot twist in a film.
