 As an Amazon Account Manager, I helped in the following areas:


1. Listing Update (via flat file) - update listing content such as title, description, bullets, search terms, and images then upload to seller central.
2. Review Inventory Performance Index (IPI) - Maintain a balanced inventory level between sold and on-hand inventory and avoid excess and aged inventory.
3. Buy Box Checking - done daily to monitor competitors and make sure that we have the buy box
4. Suppressed Listing - All Amazon listings must be regularly updated and maintained because if any components of a listing over time are found to not comply with Amazon's standards, it will be suppressed, or canceled, or your account will be suspended until the problem is fixed. Additionally, a suppressed listing prevents Amazon users from searching for or discovering your goods, which results in an immediate loss of sales for each hour the listing is unavailable until it is corrected.
5. Account Health Check (Performance) - To maintain 'Good' account health, address all policy violations in a timely manner. If your AHR is 'At Risk' or 'Critical', your account may be at risk of deactivation.
6. Buyer Message - check buyer messages daily and respond to customers' concerns.
7. Promo Schedule - Promotions attract customers to purchase your goods. Additionally, it's a fantastic approach to raising brand awareness and exposing your company to more qualified leads. Because Amazon customers enjoy good deals, employing promotions is a wonderful way to get their attention.
8. Feedback - The secret to beating out the competition is to monitor and improve your seller feedback and product reviews. Due to the exponential growth of Amazon sellers, it can become difficult.
9. Checking the Cases/Tickets are moving forward - Communicating with Amazon Support to fix account-related issues is known as case management. Depending on the problem, this could take a while.
