• Strong Account Management experience working using Amazon Seller Central and knowledge of Vendor Central as well as Amazon Marketing Services. • Experience in Creating and Managing Listings and selling products in Amazon. • Experience in providing online Customer Service and understand the importance of Customer satisfaction and reviews in success of online marketplaces. • Expert in content management, fixing incorrect information in product detail page. • Experience in feedback removal for Amazon orders. • Managing Amazon Inventory and Forecasting based on Data Analysis. • Experience in Fulfillment by Amazon Shipment Creation, Inventory Planning, Inventory Reconciliation. • Experience in POA (Plan of Action) creation to be sent to seller performance. • Managing sales reports, inventory reports, FBA reports, advertising reports. • Experience in creating Product Advertising in Amazon using AMS. • Strong attention to detail and excellent problem solving skills. • Expert in MS office applications, e.g; Ms Excel (vlookup tool and other excel tools). • Excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills. • Has the ability to dive deep in understanding the business and the competitive landscape. • Has the ability to be self-directed and work independently. • Fast learner and open to opportunities to learn.
