If you are seeking architectural drafting services, I offer a diverse scope of services from residential to Industrial builds. I will work with your designs, listen intently to your needs and wants to insure the best end result. The platform I consistently use is Autodesk Revit however, I also have knowledge and skill in AutoCAD which I typically use to export / import AutoCAD drawings into Revit provided by engineers and other professionals on the project team. As part of my due-diligence (as needed) before the actual drafting begins, I research local codes and use IBC and IRC codes to insure that a building will meet the codes for permitting purposes. I can work from PDF files and different photo formats, both hand-drawn and digital. I have experience in combining different floor plans together for a custom plan that suites private clients.

For interior designers and clients seeking expertise in drafting and rendering interior spaces, exterior facades, Revit BIM families, (think custom furnishings, accessories) for your designs. These include the actual finishes, textiles specific to the specific design.

I offer and am experienced in design and space utilization in residential and commercial spaces including hospitality, restaurant & bar industry, and even in the re-design of a medical or dental offices. 

Other services I provide include hand-drawn 3D rendering as a more "classic" approach to visualization.
