I have a passion for transcribing audio files either online or offline. I started audio transcription in 2015 as a parttime job and now I'm a full-time transcriber. I started off by working with Casting Words then to Scribie where I have gained most of my experience from and I also review and proofread transcripts and have a bit of experience in article rewriting as well. I am passionate about what I do, I am time conscious and deliver my work within a given time frame. I am Kenyan by origin and a graduate in Hotel Operations and Management. I was trained in this area in one of the biggest hotels in Kenya where I was privileged to interact with people from different countries and different continents.Part of my development role was to offer customer service by answering queries and doing follow-ups with interested customers. I have also developed interpersonal skills and ability to relate well, not only with my colleagues, but also with customers from different backgrounds. I am able to produce quality work within strict deadlines, and as I am a person of integrity, you can count on me to work with no supervision at all. I’m interested in working with you and I believe that my technical experience and education will make me a competitive candidate for this position.
