Good Customer Service is a must for me because it is the foundation of good impressions. I also like to gain knowledge on the services or products of the company that I am employed to, so I won't be empty-handed when speaking with clients. Knowledge gives me confidence in all my work. In my point of view when you show confidence in interacting with clients, you gain there trust and assurance in what you're offering. Mistakes are inevitable thus learning from it and owing it shows professionalism which I highly gave importance to. The Majority of my lore is in Banking and Finance transactions related but rest assured I welcome new experience and excited to try new learning platforms.
