Hi, I am a very committed person with my job, I take it very seriously, I like to do it in the best possible way and if I don't know how, I'll ask, I prefer it that way because I don't like mistakes. I have worked in a couple of call centers before , so I know how treat a customer over the phone , I have very good soft skills and I'm a very patient person, something I consider very important in the customer service career. I speak English and Spanish, Spanish is my first language and I love to practice English in every single opportunity that I have, I'm no shy speaking or working in English, as you can probably tell by now. I have very strong computer skills in terms of typing, I can handle multiple tools at the same time and navigate through different websites simultenously to be able to resolve all of the questions that the customer may have.
