HI, My name is Juan Felipe Linares, I'm located in Bogota, Colombia (South America), therefore I speak 2 languages, Spanish (Native language) and english.

I'm married, my wife's name is Leidy Julieth Ruano, we have been living together for 4 years, almost 5 now.

I have lived here in Colombia during my whole life and about 3 years ago finally I got to speak English very good, so then, I started to work in call centers as a bilingual customer service rep, to improve my English skills even more.

After a while working as a bilingual customer service rep, I realize that I actually like this industry , so I decided to keep working on it.

now, I have worked in bilingual call centers for about 3 to 4 years, I love it.

The reason why I love it, is because first, I can practice my english a lot and that makes me very happy.

Second, I like to help people which makes my job perfect for me.

and on top of that, now , I'm trying to do it from home, that would be my dream becoming true.
