  Rick (instinctive design) was fantastic. The historical nature of the novels created difficulties in needing images that were plausibly historically accurate. We also had to find appropriate and aesthetically pleasing images that were in the public domain. Rick worked with me to overcome these hurdles and created beautiful works of art.
