You will get:

Formatted document, READY FOR THE UPLOAD (made in line with the publisher formatting guide of your choice);
300 dpi Print ready PDF;
Fonts embedded in PDF;
Table of contents (ToC);
Book layout design: typography, typesettin (margins, spacing, indents, bold & italic text, page breaks, headers & footers, hyphenation, orphan/widow, Drop Caps)..
Correctly displayed images within the document (they will be modified or adjusted if needed);
