If you are using POP3 or IMAP email at the moment, and are frustrated at how sharing email and calendars work, and worried that you don't have a backup of your important email, a cloud email service like Office 365 could be the answer. You don't need expensive software, or even your own server - I can help you get these up and running within an hour or so. I've noted that we can deliver this in 3 days - this is for a typical setup, and covers any and all of the prerequisite works and DNS changes that we need to make. If you have simple requirements, we can easily complete the work in one day. If you have complex requirements, such as an existing Microsoft Exchange email server, I (and my team!) can assist with the whole migration process.
