• Led the supply chain digital transformation for a consumer goods company involving techno-functional discussions for design and implementation of digital tools for improvement of key supply chain metrics
• Responsible for leading the PMO for a leading automotive manufacturer involving development of a Power BI dashboard for tracking 396 critical systems across 150+ Tier 1 suppliers and 4 vehicle platforms
• As part of the Digital Transformation program for a company in the paints industry, led the techno-functional discussions with multiple user departments for prioritisation of key features before RFP release for the desired Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system 
• Designed and implemented the transformation program for a major cement player looking to increase sales through its channel by ~100% from its current levels by focusing on key growth levers
• Strategic transformation for a major industrial goods player to improve the topline by identification and implementation of key initiatives across their channel resulting in a topline increase of ~20%
• Led and implemented profit optimization initiatives for a major textile player for its sales taking place through different channels which included B2B, vendors, retail and digital/online
