– Responsible for leading the PMO for a leading automotive manufacturer involving development of a Power BI dashboard for tracking 396 critical systems across 150+ Tier 1 suppliers and 4 vehicle platforms
– As part of the Digital Transformation program for a company in the paints industry, led the techno-functional discussions with multiple user departments for prioritisation of key features before RFP release for the desired Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system
– Designed and implemented the transformation program for a major cement player looking to increase sales through its channel by ~100% from its current levels by focusing on key growth levers
