I am knowledgable with Salesforce as that has been our way of communication with clients when I worked for a healthcare company called Horizon. We were also give a sideline job as an email support agent where we send emails to clients to answer back their inquiries about their accounts in Horizon. We were given training on encoding data of clients to a software called Rumba (TPX). I have been with Horizon for almost a year.
