In June, 2015 I completed my Bachelor studies in (German, English and Business) from Wenzao Ursuline Language University in Taiwan. After the graduation, I had one and half year experience as sales in industry field, where I was in charged of productivity, administration, deliver product by air shipment and sea shipment and performance management, sales administration, and event organization. Afterwards, I worked one and half year for Booking.com as customer service executive in Shanghai, China, where I provided valuable professional skills such as conflict resolution, customer communications, and customer needs assessment. These two experiences has given me a range of practical capabilities and key employability skills while also allowing me to experience working in a professional and fast-paced work environment.
