As a community manager, I thrive ambiguous environments. I map and implement actions that lead to high levels of customer satisfaction and exponential growth, going to the dirt level to get it done with humor and quality standards. Here is what I offer. CREATIVE MARKET START-UP At Inkydeals, I started –from scratch– the support framework that led to customer trust and retention. I sought out bad feedback that I could bring forward and make sure the issues were resolved and customers were followed up. I established a deep web between the platform and its customers using the integrated tools –Intercom and Helpscout– that facilitated the interaction. I continued and further established a social media presence across multiple channels, using the budgets to their full potential in promotions, complimentary resources, and giveaways. GAMING PLATFORM MANAGEMENT Along with a partner, we established the Romanian platform for Call of Duty, a place that facilitated gamers to join the ranks of competitive gaming. Leading the platform through online and offline events, we managed to bring in sponsors and the best players in Romania to compete in competitions that led to the next stage, where gamers could compete at a European level.
