Hello, I'll be glad to help you as your part-time CTO. In fact, this makes perfect sense, because the role is more about experience and choices than putting a lot of time into day to day work. Note that I'm a very experienced developer myself, and I can code swift/iOS, Java/Android, Node, MSSQL, and other things. Generally speaking I favor a "results oriented, independent work", meaning that I manage may devs with regular releases, and code reviews, but I let them work as they see fit, timewise. Some of the responsibilities I can take care of for you, are: - Offer the technical perspective on all company decisions I'm a 100% remote tech consultant, with 15+ years of experience. Plenty on Freelancer and Guru. I also have international experience, so I can handle working with people from different cultures: It's not the same to work with a dev from Pakistan, than one from the Netherlands, for example. They require different approaches. I have full flexibility on the time commitment; my proposal would be to start small, and add hours as needed.
