I designed and developed a custom Excel-based Employee Management and Attendance Automation System to simplify daily attendance tracking and improve administrative efficiency.


The workbook was built with multiple linked worksheets, automated calculations, interactive dropdown menus, data validation, and a centralized employee database to provide a structured and user-friendly solution for managing employee attendance.


To reduce repetitive manual work, I developed custom VBA automation, including a one-click Clock Out feature that automatically records employees' clock-out time while maintaining data accuracy. The system also includes automated working hour calculations, employee-specific worksheets, filtering options, and expandable templates, making it easy to add new employees without rebuilding the workbook.
