I have been in the workforce for a total of almost 24 years being engaged in various direct customer-contact jobs such as hospitality, events, sales, training and roughly 8 years of BPO exposure, both in inbound, outbound and business development capacity. I have handled different BPO campaigns in the US, Canada and UK. I also worked with industries such as Commercial Cleaning Services, Financial Services, Business Brokers, Real Estate Companies, Merchant Services, IT Products and Services, Business to Consumer accounts, Call to invite campaigns suited for shows, events, seminars and webinars, and also assisted Real Estate Brokers as a Virtual Assistant.
