I have 8 years of experience in the customer service industry with 4 years specializing in customer experience and and the other 4 in people management. I am well versed with a lot of tasks that involves customer service. I have also specialized in process improvements for start-up companies allowing them to maximize the process that they have while at the same time maintaining customer experience. Way back 2015, I also was able to experience managing Facebook business pages by running their ads. Although, I have only practiced it for only a year, I recently invested into a paid course for me to be able to refreshed by memory to be able to practice Facebooks Ads management again.
