I've been working in a BPO company for almost 2 years now as a Customer Service Representative and as an SME. Basically, I'm doing emails and call to response with the clients' concerns. I'm also helping up the supervisors' call and securing the confidentiality of the customers' information. Also, I manage agents where my supervisory skills applied and impart my decision making skills. I also work as a Sales Executive wherein I sell various items to help the company's growth for almost 10 years. Marketing skills is one of the best attributes which I do possesses.
