I have been into Customer Service for past 5 years, Verizon FIOS and Mobile, at & t are the Telco accounts that I handled, Samsung Mobile and Samsung TV were the accounts I supported as Technical Support and just recently I have supported Metlife Dental Insurance for Benefits and Claims representative.
