Since 2014 I am working as customer services head in an esteemed organisation based in Pakistan.
My team is responsible to attend inbound calls, make outbound calls, do liaison with other teams and visit customers premises to identify and resolve their concerns.
I am managing it through inbound, outbound, operation, inspection and logistic teams.
Previously i was working as property consultant, I have expertise in managing these team in professional office structure as well as leading them when it is work from home situation.
