I've worked as a customer service representative for the last 10 years. I have learned how to value each customer and provide the best customer experience. Through the years being a customer service representative I was able to enhance my inter-personal personal and listening skills, each customer is important and are looking for an expert who will be able to assist them and can provide the right resolution in a timely manner. Similarly, I was able to know how to handle difficult and abusive customers without using offensive words against the customer, need to politely inform the customer the service you can provide to set the clear expectation of what you can do. As a customer service representative, need to know all the procedure, policy and processes in this way you can be able to correctly direct the customer on their quirries. It is also expected that I show confidence in providing resolution to each customer since they can sense if you are unsure to the resolution you are offering.
