Other areas of focus will be with customer retention, which ultimately begins before the sale and continues throughout the entire customer experience. Other duties include client issue resolution, customer advocacy, direct customer service and support, dispute resoultion, helpdesk management, order processing, returns processing, customer issue resolution and more.

    Staci does good work as long as you are in alignment have to be clear about expectation and deliverables. Communication went from good to average to below average in response to telephone call, text or email. Timeliness of work delayed. Have not heard from Contractor last emailed sent from her April 13, 2013. Today is May 13, 2016. No response to text I sent April 16, May 6, May 8, May 12 or emails sent Apr 16, Apr 25, Apr 29. I tried to resolve offline and not successful. My websites are offline as well dylaneraymond.com and deploy2employ I am a small disabled veteran own business and cant afford to pay for these services and recreation of content over again.
