After three years of experience in customer service in retail, I believe I have developed the perfect tone of voice and understand the delicacies of customer satisfaction and reputation protection. Furthermore, I have great experience in following up with customer issues both internally and externally, whether an issue is supplier responsibility, demands website adjustments or process optimisation. 

Proficient in Dutch and English, speak some Spanish, German and French too. I am comfortable with multiple CRM programs, Slack, Shopify and planning programs such as Trello and Asana. Know some basic content-writing and web-programming too, in the sense that I can adjust webpages and product pages myself.
