As the group manager I was responsible for the team of hourly associates that handled customer services calls from our customers. If the customer needed to speak with a manager I would field these phone calls, and I would provide the customer with solutions to help solve their issues at the same time ensuring that the customer was made to feel important and that their issue was important to me.
