● Taking care of issues shopping from Amazon in retail business. 

● Resolving the issues occurred while retail shopping by issuing appropriate resolutions. 

● Taking care of return related issues while shopping by arranging a drop out or pick ups, depending upon the situation and the condition of the customer as well as the product. 

● Taking care of issues with subscriptions on cancelling, renewing and changing payment methods. 

● Identifying the customers who abuse the concessions issued by Amazon, this is a very important part, so that we can help our regular customers properly.
