Customer Service Representative

I worked for 3 years in total in the customer service field. At my first organization, I worked at the position of Sales Executive/Billing Specialist/Customer Service Executive and once a week following up customer for feedback and also handling customers via chat/email. Contacted customers to collect outstanding payments. Responsibilities were unlimited. I dealt with USA/CANADIAN clients. Later on, I joined Credit One Bank(U.S.-based bank) and worked at the position of Senior Customer Care Executive, answering incoming calls, filing fraud reports, assisting the customer in case of dispute charge, Processing payments and many more. In my successful 3 years of experience, I learned attention to detail is important cause one small mistake could damage the reputation of an organization. If required must go the extra mile to satisfy the client. I am perfectly capable of working long hours efficiently and I know how important it is to be patient with the customer. The human touch in conversation with the client is all needed to build a good long relationship with customers. And like I said I have dealt with USA and CANADA clients and customers currently I am dealing with two USA clients they both are with me for 2 years, so I know exactly how to the job.
