I have worked as a call center representative for almost 4 years. Our duty is to handle delivery concerns for large and small appliances such as, rescheduling, cancellation, damaged item, product not working, setting up service, mediation, installation,inquiries and discounts. Also undergone a lot of training, and i was able to experienced to audit calls, provide coaching and to lead a team for a week.
