I've been in the BPO industry for 11 years, handling different accounts mainly customer service, sales, email and chat support and mostly technical support. From Tier 1 agent I was promoted to Tier 2 that handles more admin-level task. Mainly to handle escalations. Technical work is my passion, so I make sure to follow all the steps and processes and I make sure that I can contribute to work groups to analyze problems, develop solutions, and communicate solutions effectively.

Being in the BPO industry is not an easy job, but I have learn a lot along the way. What I have learned in this industry is you need to manage your time as well as balance your life and your work.
