I am a former customer service representative in one of the leading BPO companies in the Philippines. I am used to heavy inboud/outbond calls, time pressured tasks, as well as managing stuffs. My skills are typing, answering phone calls in good manner, and most of all establishing rapport with my clients. As of now, I am currently looking for a home-based job that can provide me a greener pasture. My edge mainly would be my fluency in English, and my fast typing skill.
