I am a Registered Nurse but not by profession.
I have been exposed to the BPO industry since 2007. My 1st job was as an appointment setter. After 3 years, I decided to move up and landed a career in a bigger BPO company as a customer service specialist for a travel company. I have also tried working for an online retail/shopping site.
With this experience, I am confident to showcase my communication skills.
