I am a Registered Nurse but not by profession.
I have been exposed to the BPO industry since 2007. My 1st job was as an appointment setter. After 3 years, I decided to move up and landed a career in a bigger BPO company as a customer service specialist for a travel company. After 4 years as a customer service representative, I wanted to explore more career opportunities in the IT world so I worked as a technical support representative for a DSL account. Then I heard about ITO. I moved up and used my technical skills and worked as a Global Service Desk. Currently, I worked as a Client services coordinator/ IT Dispatcher.

Basically, based on what I have mentioned above, I am flexible when it comes to tasks and workload. I am equipped with comm skills and technical skills. I am open to learning and willing to be trained for any position that is available which is not listed as an experience.

Work Terms

I am open to working as part-time or full-time depending on the work arrangement/ needs.
I am flexible depending on the needs as well.
