I mostly worked as a customer service specialist. I'm very good at talking especially in sales. I could be pretty direct or i can talk all day however you need it. 5 years in the call center industry and i have handled sales, collections, credit card queries and services, healthcare insurance accounts, different cable company billing service and up selling. I'm also comfortable with MS Excel, Word and also used to encoding. I am used to working self-directed and also try to figure things out whenever possible.
