For 3 years experience in BPO, a year as a Customer Service Representative for a UK financial account and two years as a Technical Support Representative for a US Telco account, I became a customer oriented person. My main goal is to ensure that my customers will be satisfied with their experience over the phone. I can provide excellent service and extra mile for my customers. I was also part of a marketing company for over 4 years now. Being on the sales industry made me realized how amazing, at the same time challenging sales is. I learned to approach different type of people. With special trainings I attended, I was able to offer the company's products and to communicate with possible clients and get their big "YES" in the right and effective way. I also worked as a part-time data encoder in one of the accounting offices in my hometown. I handled spreadsheets for our clients' monthly salary/income and their taxes. Along with this, a part-time Junior and Senior High School tutor in one of the tutorial centers in my hometown. I mostly handled major subjects including English and Mathematics while I was still studying. I can fully commit with the tasks assigned to me. You can expect a hundred percent integrity from me.
