I have over 8 years of experience as a customer service representative. I worked with eBay, handling accounts for both sellers and buyers for almost 4 years. I was hired as a customer service specialist with Nadine West, which is a clothing subscription service. I assist customers with order processing, item inquiries, shipping, tracking packages, return requests, escalations, billing, and payments. I also worked with EatClub, handling customers' and venue's concerns with regards to online orders, bookings, reservations, setting up EatClub accounts, assisting customers with payment, and processing refunds.
