Impeccable customer service skills with experience in a call center environment. Worked for T-Mobile USA as a customer service executive wherein I handle billing inquiries and disputes, phone plans inquiry, placing order, order follow-ups, differentiating phone brands, basic phone troubleshooting and network troubleshooting. We also up-sell plan features and services when necessary and providing top-notch customer satisfaction to top it all up. I was promoted to being a Senior Membership Consultant(SMC) last Oct 2018 before calling it a career last month. Being a SMC entails more responsibilities managing the team's activity every day, daily goal setting, team meeting and also team training that is necessary base on the team's current position. It includes taking over a sales presentation for a better closing opportunity. On top of all this, I am responsible for answering inquiries via email and phone call, vetting sales and other admin jobs. My skill set will definitely help any company to give a 5-star customer service experience to their clients that can lead into good feedback and advocates. I have experience in using Salesforce and other CRM platforms. I'm also a tech savvy, can work with minimal supervision, efficient and can follow instructions strictly.
