I have quality phone etiquette, knowledge retention, and empathy. I can provide email support, ticket resolution, chat, and phone support with the resolve to achieve customer satisfaction and a quality experience. 


In the course of working over the years, I have developed good listening capacity, good organizational skills, creative, problem-solving ability, courteous and friendly excellent skills, and customer management that has helped in turning negative situations into positive ones.


I also ensure an end-to-end resolution by showing empathy, understanding, patience, calmness along with having great time management and a positive attitude.


I am also very familiar with CRM tools such as Zendesk, Fresh Desk, and Salesforce managing more than 100 customers daily in Jumia Nigeria for six days a week.


I also have a handful of Administrative Services which include data entry, transcription, internet research, email support, and social media management with a good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Google Docs, Google Calendar, Google Spreadsheet, and Microsft.
