My name is Fahim Tajwar. I completed my Bachelor of Business Administration with major in marketing from North South University in 2017. After graduation I have had the opportunity to work for several digital marketing and telemarketing companies. With a work experience of over four years in these sectors, I have been able to gather valuable knowledge and  expertise to drive successful business project and campaigns. During my stint with ‘We Are X’, I was working closely with corporate clients like Robi and Airtel (Axiata Group). On that particular period of time, Robi and Airtel(Axiata Group) were running several campaigns to upgrade their 3G network to 4G network. I led two of those campaigns in social media during the first phase of the transformation with great success. My interpersonal and communication skills have helped me to excel Responding to customers complaint and queries in a positive manner, and providing them with an effective and rapid solutions. Over the years my business acumen and technical skills have enabled me to perform my job responsibilities excellence.
