I was a customer service agent working with Amazon for one year, I was then promoted to be a quality analyst. During my years of working with Amazon, I excelled in providing exceptional service to clients and customers. I ensure that quality service was being given and maintained while listening to calls and provide feedback on improvement. I am an asset to any company I work, as I'm experienced with Microsoft word, excel, power-point etc. In 2014, while working for Amazon I was given an award as the transaction processor of the year.
