I am Gladys, an experienced Inventory Management Senior Specialist (Non Voice) from an Industry where English Language is best expressed and written. I have been working in office-based, Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) Industry for almost 11 years and I gained strong skills in Research, E-mail, and Phone support. I was able to maximize my skills when I was a Level 2 Applications Analyst for Equity Edge Software for a US based Financial / Brokerage Company. Part of my job was to handle escalated calls and I also acted as a Client Services Manager where I was the contact person of the Corporate Clients to resolve their Applications issue in their Equity Edge Software. I gained additional skills in strong Client relations, phone etiquette, product trainer, excellent written and verbal communication skills, solid Research and e-mail management, proficiency in Microsoft Office including power point and excel; been independent worker, quick learner and keen attention to detail, the ability to multi-task numerous projects. Before handling Escalations, I worked as a Financial Service Representative for a US Bank/Brokerage Firm. My role was to receive inbound calls from Retail clients providing Bank services such as opening account, money transfer, wire transfer, account/transaction review, fees mortgage and account closure. My recent job was with the same Industry (US Based Bank/Financial Institution) where I do both phone support and Inventory Management (non voice). My important role was to file a Claim/dispute, do thorough research on the account in support of denying or approving the claim. Along with the decision was to add/notate full documentation and evidences on the claim. For Customer support / service, actively listening to customers concern is a MUST. Providing most accurate information, doing thorough research, maximizing tools and enough product knowledge leads to customer’s retention and satisfaction. Providing quality customer service is going beyond extra mile that is anticipating their future needs. With the educational background/college graduate, work experiences and the right attitude, I am positive that I can do the job that I am applying for satisfactorily. I may have some opportunities and I may encounter challenges with this new role in a home based job environment but I am very enthusiastic and I value additional trainings and learning’s that may be provided.
