I worked in a BPO Industry for 3 years. I handled different channels of communication: chats, messaging, emails, inbound calls and outbound calls for Facebook, Airbnb and Verizon. I have great verbal and written communication skills, active listening skills, problem solving skills, great customer service skills, multitasking skills and most of all, I am reliable.

I worked as a Customer Service Representative for Verizon in Alorica from January 2019 to May 2020. My job was to:
-Receive inquiries and answer questions from customers satisfactorily
-Guide customers to upgrade or downgrade their postpaid plans
-Explain bill charges and provide the most cost-efficient plan for every customers

Then, I worked as a Support Ambassador for Airbnb in TDCX Philippines from September 2020 to January 2021. My job was to:
-Educate users on booking process, cancellations, refunds and policies
-Educate and guide users on how to list their place in Airbnb, requirements and policies.
- Provide an excellent customer experience by responding to customer calls, messages and emails in a courteous, knowledgeable and professional manner

Since it was Pandemic, there were hosts that are unable to list their places in Airbnb. Because of this, Airbnb had to reduce the number of its employees. As a result, I was transferred to Facebook as a Client Service Associate, still with TDCX Philippines. This was from March 2021 to December 2022. My job was to:
-Listen to customers and probe as appropriate to discover needs while fulfilling customer expectations in a way that also complies with policies, practices and procedures
- Maintain service levels and achieve business and performance goals and objectives
- Assist with reporting and administration
