I have been working in sales and marketing for over 4 years, which includes customer service as a main component of that work. As a marketing coordinator of a clinic, it was my job to assess and maintain customer satisfaction. Part of my job in sales is to make sure current and prospective clients are happy, troubleshoot issues, and solve problems unhappy customers/clients. As an extremely patient and kind-hearted person, customer service is second-nature to me.
