Sending and faxing invoices per request of dealers in regards to their account information and status. Recording and filing information. Making photocopies, sending faxes, shredding documents; Organizing and maintaining paper and electronic files; Prepares packages and mail, including bulk mailings, for delivery and distribution. Use questioning and listening skills that support effective telephone communication. Use an effective approach to handle special telephone tasks like call transfers, taking messages, callbacks, holds, interruptions, and unintentional disconnects.
