Over the years, I have gained experience in several different areas. With over 10 years of customer service experience, I have a great knowledge of phone etiquette, data entry, sales, and management. I am very familiar with Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, Powerpoint, and Excel programs. I also have dealt with ticketing for performing arts events.
