I have worked as a Technical Support Analyst in the Philippines for more than 6 months time for a payroll company in the US and I have previously worked as a Customer Support Analyst for less than 3 months for a newspaper firm for Star Telegram in Texas. I am answering phone calls for the payroll company in US which is INTUIT and I was placed in the department of the Do It Yourself Payroll we offer service that lets our customer enter in the hours and rate of their employees and the software will do the accounting, I also handled the billing side of it and the registration, payment, and renewal of their services. I am also a technical support for our customers which allows me to remotely connect to their computer while they are on the line with and they tell me the software issue and errors and I fix it for them. I am good with technical stuffs like updating software running a reboot on a software or doing a clean install for it. In my previous company what I do normally for them is let them know their accounts status and which services they have. I also take care of the billing side of it which let's me fix their services up upon their request and provide them details about when they're renewal date is and expiration date also I can also provide them the delivery time and date of their newspaper. At present time I am working with a company who is dealing with Office Headsets and Call Center Headsets I handle the inventory and administrative work and support needed by the company. I go to meetings with the client and giving a quick demo of the product, I handle as well the purchasing, logistics and accounting department. I can be able to handle work smoothly as long as direct instructions are given and I can provide my ideas and suggestion to finish off the work and make it better than the previous plan. I am a very hardworking and I can easily adapt to whatever task is given to me, I accept criticism and I can undergo a training when needed. I can easily learn the needed skills for the job. Tasks provided to me will be taken care of properly and be finished on the time provided. I am efficient and will make my client proud.
