Hi! my name is Sarai, I'm VA, my experience includes collaborating with small and medium teams working with csm like shopify, wordpress and prestashop, mostly I have specialized in the ecommerce area, getting involved in several processes that include customer service, order creation and tracking, inventory control, landings creation for products, integration of tracking apps, messaging, as well as general management of the stores including billing control. In the customer service area I have worked as platforms where ticket control is done such as freshdesk, direct messages in shopify, twilio,among others. I have a good command of technology, as I have also worked as a web programmer Jr, so learning and managing new platforms comes very easy to me. I am also intermediate in everything related to office automation, emails and project management and tracking platforms such as trello, asana and jira.
